Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Buckeye Verrado

We had a large family gathering at my parents’ house for Christmas, so I wanted a hotel within walking distance to avoid driving on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. This Marriott fit the bill perfectly. It kept our holiday simple and stress free, and it also works great for travelers leaving Phoenix or arriving and needing a quick recharge before the next leg of their trip.||The location is extremely convenient. The hotel sits just seconds from I-10, and there are plenty of services within easy walking distance. You will find a gas station, Starbucks, Barro’s Pizza, and other quick options nearby. I booked a suite las for my anniversary and i was shocked at how beautiful and clean the suite was!!!!! It made my anniversary so much better , i also envountered one of the housekeepers in the hall way her name was Elizabeth i asked her for extra towels and she was so nice so polite she brought them to my room to avoid the trouble for me.. beautiful place highly recommend

One of the best places we have stayed! We opted for the larger room with a kitchen which is basically a small apartment. Separate bedroom with a door leaving it quiet from the living and kitchen spaces. The kitchen had basically everything you would need including dishwasher, refrigerator and enough dishes for a small family. If you ran out of anything at all you simply ask the front desk, no need to wait for housekeeping. They have several washers and dryers down the hall and a large work out room. We didn’t get to use the pool area but it’s very large and very clean. Everyone from maintenance to management were absolutely amazing!! So friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is served everyday including on Christmas morning!! We will definitely plan on staying there again when we are back in to

First off, the bad. HVAC is controlled by a verdant control panel with a motion sensor. There is no constant fan option at any time of day. To make this worse the walls and doors do not block sound. Pillow talk next door at 2am? Yep! Any doors closing on your half of the floor? Yes! Also noticed a remarkable amount of outside noise from the shopping area as well. Marriott and its partners will eventually learn something from this I hope. That said, the room layout is otherwise nice and this hotel probably has the best lobby I’ve ever seen in a Fairfield. Room was remarkably clean and staff were great. Plenty of restaurants walkable right outside the hotel. If you’re not a light sleeper I’d definitely recommend.

Very pleasant surprise. Breakfast was very good. Rooms clean. Pet friendly. Staff were great. In new area of greater PHX being built out. Walkable to several restaurants/pubs.
