Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Boston Walpole

My family stayed here for a night while our home had lost power. The front desk staff was exceptional. The room was spacious and very clean. The continental breakfast was decent - bagels, english muffins, oatmeal, cereal, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, sausage, tea/coffee, juice, milk, and yogurt. The indoor pool was just big enough to splash around; it maxes out at 3' 11". The water was warm and it was fun to see the snow falling outside of the large glass windows. The gentlemen at the front desk was the best part of the stay. He was exceptionally accommodating and friendly. I would stay here again, no question.

I want to start by saying that I have been staying here weekly since August for work related trips. The front desk staff know and greet me when I come in. Generally they are very responsive to any requests or needs I have made. One evening the TV in the room did not work, and they could not fix it that night, so the desk manager gave me a discount on that night's stay. He also really helped me out by making reservations for me for future stays. I very much appreciated his help and consideration and am grateful for that service.||However, this past Monday evening things were a little off. I was greeted very warmly by the desk manager, who also tried to help me with a billing issue (which turned out to not be something they could solve). We had a wonderful stay! Friendly and helpful staff! Room and bath were very clean and bedding was fresh and comfy! Delicious, healthy breakfast with lots of fruit selections. And during breakfast it was great to see a staff member cleaning tables as well as all touch point surfaces - including chairs and juice machine!

Thank you to the team who worked last night. I forget the woman’s name who works the front desk, but she made the booking so easy and quick, especially during a blizzard where everybody was trying to find a place to stay. Andy , I’m not sure what his title was but he was so helpful getting everybody’s situated inside and outside of the building. So accommodating! The room looked nice and clean like you would see from a catalog picture. The bed and the linens were comfortable. Check out was the easiest I’ve ever come across.

Booked this hotel for our wedding weekend. Beth W helped coordinate a room block for us and our guests. It was so easy to plan and they were so flexible with adding rooms if needed based on our needs. Everything was clean and organized with gift bags for our wedding guests. I am so thankful we booked with the Fairfield Inn & Suites also super close to our venue The Cape Club of Sharon. Breakfast in the morning was a great addition to keep our celebration going the next morning.
