Customer Reviews
This is a peaceful, relaxing place. It has a nice, well maintained laundry facility. The property is kept very clean with a nice office and mailroom, for packages. The owner is great and a very good person, who cares and takes pride in the park. I have been here close to a year now and I have no complaints.
We stayed here for two weeks and had a great experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the neighbors are nice too. The park is all gravel, but it’s clean and well-kept. There’s a small trail that leads to a lake where you can sometimes see wild turkeys. The site is close to a train track, and the train usually starts running around 7:30 a.m., but it didn’t bother us at all. It’s also near the main highway, yet it’s surprisingly quiet at night. Overall, it’s a convenient and pleasant place to stay. We’d definitely come back!
The owner and the manager act like they are still in middle school. They threw me out because my dogs were barking. There are other barking dogs in the park, but apparently mine are the only problem. I’ve been working on various ways to keep them quiet, even ordered a sonic bark detector. They didn’t give me a chance to get it in the mail. I’ve shut all my windows and put insulating shades wherever they could look out. I haven’t gotten bark collars, but I didn’t get a chance to order them. Now I’ve been kicked out. Mary told me she didn’t have to give me a reason. They are the rudest people! Also raised the rent to over $800 per month
It's the people that make this park. Gail does an excellent job running the office and Ray is a grinder with the grounds keeping. I loved the trees and the little light pollution at night. My neighbor's were friendly and pleasant to talk to. And I didn't feel squished for RV space. For me, I was looking for a place that had long-term residents. My kids are grown and I don't have pets so I rate RV parks a little bit differently than some. Being near I-25, you're going to get traffic noise but it becomes white noise at night. I will miss the picnic tables beside the pond and the vistas of the evening walks along the tracks and trails.
This was my home away from home for 6 months! Very safe and beautiful, clean area, neighbors are quiet and very friendly. I’m a travel nurse and I made lifelong friends here. The pond in the back is so nice to just walk through especially if you have pups! Gail the manager was the sweetest, always on the lookout for everyone. She even checked in on my dog one time when I thought my AC wasn’t functioning while I was at work. All goes to show, she’s a caring individual. Falcons Landing was truly a nice area to live in. Highly recommend. Pricing was very reasonable as well!!
