Comfort Suites Loveland

I was pleasantly surprised at this room, for the price I paid. I got a very well managed and cat well accommodating room. Their hot tub was not working, which I was disappointed about because that was one of the reasons I chose it, but I know that stuff happens. The room was large large had some comfortable seating. A nice big screen TV great bathroom and shower. The breakfast was nothing outstanding, but it worked fine for what I needed. Their coffee maker was not working, but they did provide coffee pods for the guest to use in their room. They had a fairly good selection and it was good enough to get me going on my day.

We reserved 2 adjoining rooms for New Years Eve. Our son, his wife, and 3 children were joining us to celebrate together. Everything was perfect! The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The pool was wonderful for the teens and the toddler, where the adults could sit in between to observe both age groups. Breakfast had options for everyone to enjoy. We will make this an annual family event. Making memories was the perfect gift to begin the New Year!!

Cleanliness is our number one priority for everyone in our party (2 rooms). Kids loved the pool and desk clerk was friendly & helpful. However, couches in rooms are looking a little soiled. Perhaps a faux leather would be a better choice for your couches. We do appreciate having one though.

Alma was incredible. My room had a broken AC and someone false eyelashes on the comforter. She took care of me, checked in, and everyone I saw her interact with she was warm, kind, never rushed the person, explained everything in detail and provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.

We had a great stay. We went specifically for the pool for a little staycation and had a great time. The pool can get loud (expected, it’s extremely kid friendly), hot tub was quite relaxing. Minus the many trips up the stairs to go down the slide with my little (no fault of the hotel!) we had an awesome stay. We’ll be back.
