Fabulous Chalet Inn

If you're planning on going to Gatlinburg TN you must check this place out. Prices were great and the rooms are incredible.It's exceptionally clean and the balcony over looking downtown is beautiful. The person at the main office was extremely friendly and very helpful. $230 dollars for three days is a pretty good deal imo.

Great value but seems we found out very quickly why it was. Smelled old and outdated. All night while you are trying to sleep you hear the people in the room above you stomping back and forth across the room doing God knows what til 4AM!! Definitely do not recommend. Spend the extra money if you can to go somewhere else. We definitely will!!

Amazing views, affordable prices! I was nervous booking, after reading some reviews, but I am so glad I booked the chalet. Front desk was super friendly and helpful. You do have to check in at the econo lodge, but had no issues. Check in/out was quick and easy. A light, free breakfast is also provided at the econo lodge. Our room was so spacious and the bedding was beyond comfortable. We booked the jetted tub room and it was clean and very homey. They actually had a ceiling fan which was great. The views are amazing! I wouldn’t say it’s 5 star but it was CLEAN. You can tell it’s an older property, but I think that just gives it character!

Good location with a nice view from above the town, had a balcony room which was spacious and clean, very nice bed and amenities. Older hotel which I like because it reminds me of the old Gatlinburg. Very cool period style. Rooms were affordable and easy to book, only detractor is the office is located down the hill at another hotel and you have to walk back and forth to check in.

roach motel. |the place is nasty, check in was a headache.. you have to go down to another hotel to check in & rooms are divided up confusing. |We paid extra for a room with a view, king sized bed.. get to the room there was blood on the headboard, floor hadn't been swept in god knows how long, sheets were nasty looking, bathroom was nasty, half a roll of toilet paper and the 'complimentary toiletries...half used already..|we called the front desk who said they had other rooms they could move us to just like ours, but they were going to send up a cleaner.. he came up with a magic eraser and an empty disposable cup.. man didnt speak English but could clearly understand him say 'move rooms' when he saw the blood. front desk tried to convince us it was 'just paint' no big deal, but then all t
