Extended Stay America Suites- Washington D.C. - Landover

Hotel is nasty . Roach infested , have homeless drug addicts hanging in front of the hotel . The general manger Alexus Johnson is rude and disrespectful. She’s barely on property to resolve any issues and when she is , she in the front on the phone smoking cigarettes. I complained for days about roaches in my room and nothing was done . I contacted corporate and me and my disabled mom was kicked out of the hotel .

Positive: Location was ok - next to highway but not too noisy. Takes Dogs as OPTION. Negative: ROACHES and bugs. Staff not very good. Said oh, well we're in the middle of getting exterminated... WHAT? Don't tell guests that ahead of time??

Nice and quiet and very clean. Maintenance was very professional and quick. Love staying here. Bruny the front desk assistant is very helpful and really nice and have made me and my son stay very pleasant.

Vee, Ms Bruny, Alexis and Dee all staff are always eager to please… they all go above and beyond for me and my daughter. The accommodations were excellent. Made my situation look brighter! The front desk staff all are great! They’re always pleasant and greet you with a smile and ask how can they help! They need 10 stars for all that they do!

If its not a roach in the hallway , your room , or by the elevator. There's gonna be stink bugs! I've counted atleast 4 , squished about 10 roaches in a 2 day span. There's baby roaches , adult roaches , house keeping is every 14 days. The appliances are beat up , dont work , ( lamps ) stained , no towels to use for the kitchen or bedroom. I think the kitchen is over the bedroom on lower levels. Can hear people walking/ stomping all morning / night. Give you dirty pots to use , rooms smell like weed. ( ceiling stains from smoke in the bathroom ) Basically I wake up itching and go to sleep itching / scratching thinking about this place.
