Extended Stay America Suites- Portland - Beaverton

Sadly I was really shocked at the condition of the room that I was put in. |So much so that I honestly thought maybe that room was vacant for a very long time. It was so musty and smelled tremendous!!!! Going into it I knew that there was a big possibility it would probably have a dog smell possibly because they do accept pets especially esa animals which I completely respect and understand but you would think they would go a little above normal effort to freshen the rooms because of that reason. I took photos and videos of everything and ended up doing a full-on top to bottom left to right front to back side to side cleaning myself because then I at least knew it would get cleaned properly. I spent so much money on cleaning supplies and items needed to make the room livable and semi comfo

My stay here has been excellent management has been more than helpful John the manager and Marz and the front desk lady have been exceptional. I would recommend this place to anyone It is clean professional everything's on the up and up here it is in a good location close to trains buses everything is just been exemplary would recommend this to anybody that needs an extended place to stay and after you've been here 30 days they drop the hotel tax which saves more money it's just, it's the place I need to be right now and it works and it's comfortable and it's clean and it's a full kitchenette it is exactly what it says it is and more barbecue grills picnic tables, areas to take your dog potty, it is just a great place to stay. I've been staying for quite a while in this location. I love it! The staff is incredibly amiable and the location is perfect. premium Internet is very fast! It's a comfortable location, with nice places around, like a Costco or plenty of dining options! My room is cozy and the TVs are amazing and big probably the biggest than in any other location. Beds are comfy and clean! The place is pretty beautiful as well as the neighborhood! Really enjoying my stay :D

Positive: The location. A fair price. Negative: I have stayed at this hotel before and thought it was a good bargain. This time you could tell that there had been a lot of wear and tear on the rooms. Our bathroom door would barely shut. We could not turn off the water in the sink. It dripped all night.

Such a great place to stay! Super clean, cozy, and quiet. The staff was awesome and made everything easy. I felt comfortable and relaxed the entire time. Definitely my go-to hotel! Love the staff who have become like family!! Super attentive and always go above and beyond!!!
