Extended Stay America Suites- Pittsburgh - West Mifflin

I stayed at this extended stay with my two boys when we were in transition with moving. We were in a huge bind and the staff was beyond helpful and exceeded my expectations. Leanne, (I hope in am spelling her name right lol) the GM and the manager (I apologize i cannot recall your name) were extremely helpful. They did not hesitate once to help me when I explained to them the situation my children and I were facing. They were so understanding, compassionate, and helpful; and not once did they make me feel embarrassed or belittle me when I asked for help. It truly brought tears to my eyes. Eveytime I called to the front desk, or went to the front desk, no matter who was working, my boys and I were treated with kindness and respect. My stay was good. . The staff is very friendly. I wish both stays I could have had a working coffee pot. The one they had was broke .coffee is only available for a few hours each morning. The beverage machine was also Out of order both times. The washing machine didn't spin out my clothes. My coat I needed for my cancer appointment was in that load of laundry. I took the few items and squeezed them out iny shower. Put them in the dryer and it never dried them . I went down and.hour later and they were froze to the drum of thr dryer. It was freezing out with a foot of snow. Needless to say I went without a coat. The front desk agent would have dried them for me in her dryer in back but i didn't have time.. .. This will not stop me from staying here. I see these things are extras. They're

Carpet was filthy and the room smelled like a wet rag (Room 121). This was an unusual experience for Extended Stay hotel for us though. I hope this review is taken constructively and used for improvement.

Hi! My Dream came True! I Always wanted to live at a Hotel and I have been here since April 2024!|Leanne is so nice at Front Desk so is Laura, April, Bruce, and Heather, Dominique, KKand they do Everything to help me out.|It’s a Safe Place, I like the Gym, and Laundry is available here too.|Stores are close by, so are Restaurants and Shopping Centers.|This is WAY BETTER than living alone in a house that demands repairs all the time and no one knows if you are ok or something happened.|I was given a Covid shot and was relaxing a few days and Laura and KK wanted to see if I was ok. I was but it was nice of them to make sure I was fine.|If your house needs work, come to Extended Stay!

We stayed at this extended stay between closing on our house until the closing of our new house. The staff made us feel right at home and if I had a question they took care of it right away. The coffee bar was a nice touch. Laundry room, exercise room, pet friendly and a quiet place to rest up. If you go here say hi to my friends Heather, April, and K.k. All were friendly but these three treated us like family. Thank you!
