Extended Stay America Suites- North Chesterfield - Arboretum

We stayed here and had to extend our stay last minute. They have been nothing short of accommodating and very nice. The breakfast is great. We do wish they had a pool but it isn't a huge deal. They clean rooms daily, always make sure we have towels and things we need. Truly a great experience. They are begining renovations this week. Even with the rooms beimg older, they are in excellent condition.

I travel for business and this is where my company placed me. Let's discuss the issues: 1. I've caught a peeping Tom outside my first floor window. No blinds and I can't seem to get the curtains to cover the window entirely. 2. Microwave is so small, a bag of popcorn barely fits. While heating my food, I suddenly felt weird: headache and nausea. Possibly the door on the microwave is off kilter? Anyway, I unplugged the microwave and refuse to use it again. 3. Bathroom fan does not work. Not a great situation for a small space. 4. Door at the end of the hallway has a very high pitched alarm that goes off at all times of the day and night. No one is propping it open. It just goes off with normal use. 5. The space is so run down that I do not understand why they charge so much for pets.

I had an excellent experience! The front desk staff provided outstanding customer service. Sam, he was kind, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. All the staff is very accommodating and friendly. The location is also fantastic, with restaurants just around the area, which made everything super convenient. My room was spacious, clean, and had a nice setup. Full sized refrigerator & counter top stove. Absolutely love it and would highly recommend!

Stayed here for two nights while we waited to close on our house. We got a king suite with sofa bed. They did not provide bedding for the sofa bed and when we called down to pick one up, we were told they didn't have any. We were confused and he said the blankets were midwash and to come back later. An hour later, we called back down to check and we were told everything was locked up and we couldn't get anything until morning. The woman was awful, rude, and the worst front desk staff I've ever interacted with. Stay anywhere else.

Stayed here while visiting some friends who were also in town for a family visit. Rooms were clean and bed was as comfortable as you can expect from a hotel. Breakfast was nice Grab and Go. Guest laundry was good. It was located a convenient location for us. We would stay here again.
