Extended Stay America Suites- Meadowlands - Rutherford

I’ve had a really positive experience staying here. The staff has been incredibly professional, kind, and understanding. During a challenging financial period for me, they treated me with respect and worked with me in a way that made a stressful situation much easier to handle. The front desk team is responsive and helpful, and you can tell they genuinely care about their guests. Having a full kitchen, reliable WiFi, and a comfortable space has made a big difference while I focus on work and getting back on my feet. I truly appreciate the level of customer service here. It’s rare to find staff that are both professional and compassionate. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a safe, stable place to stay.

I had an absolutely amazing stay here ! Quiet and very peaceful! Was given extra hour and a half to sleep for late check out! Destiny and Precious were outstanding and so accommodating! Dawn the housekeeper was so pleasant and cheerful! I felt at home away from home for a needed break from work as a caregiver for the elderly in New York City! I had the suite. It was spacious. It was supposed to to hold 6 ppl max. But the couch bed is small so I say the room only holds 5 ppl max. There is a small kitchen with a full size fridge in the room. They only give you 2 wash cloths and you have to return them in order to get new ones. So it’s best to bring your own wash clothes. There is no sitting area or pool. There is no bathrooms only in your room. The breakfast consist of oatmeal granola bars and muffins, coffee tea and hot chocolate. This would be my last choice when traveling with my children. It was close to shopping and The American Dream Mall.

I stayed here for 6 months. The hotel staff is amazing. They were empathetic in a very rough time in mine and my children's lives. Precious, I miss you! The manager that runs the hotel is very kind also. I truly appreciate everyone from the front desk staff, to the manager. I wish you all a very Happy and safe Holidays!!! Happy New Year! Side happy note: My Protection Order went through and my divorce finalized the day before my bday in November and kids are doing amazing! Much love to everyone!!!! I cannot say enough about the staff’s kindness and attention to my family. Precious, Destiny and all of the other front desk agents are always so friendly and welcoming. Whenever I see the location manager, he’s always asking how we are doing, and with a genuine smile. Anything needed is handled quickly.
