Extended Stay America Suites- Los Angeles - Monrovia

This extended stay was the worst Hotel stay experience I have ever had unfortunately. On my second nights stay I noticed small baby roaches in the kitchenette counter area that caused concern. I decided that I could mitigate the issue easily by using household bug spray but that was only the beginning. After multiple days, I repeatedly saw full grown roaches in multiple areas of the unit (kitchen, bathroom, living space, walls, and bedroom to the point I was literally was traumatized. I didn’t cook or attempt to eat food in the unit after realizing roaches would appear randomly and instantly upon the smell of fresh food. This caused further concern. It was a wonderful experience at the ESA hotel. Mary Estevez and her team made me feel welcome and relaxed. They were professional, kind and accommodated my needs without hesitation. The location is conveniently located in the perfect area. I felt right at home. I would highly recommend this site to friends and family.

She was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about providing great service. It’s rare to come across someone so attentive and kind—she truly made my stay even better. The room was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed for a comfortable extended visit. The location is convenient, and the staff overall was great, but Kenya really stood out. The best part is the location: walkable to lots of restaurants on Huntington while only a short drive from Westfield Santa Anita and Old Town Monrovia. Open kitchen and free parking are just great. However, cleanliness could be improved since the open kitchen area might attract little creatures. What I’d really hope to see improve is collection of recyclables ♻️.
