Extended Stay America Suites- Lancaster County

I can't say enough good things about my stay at Extended StayAmerica in Mountville. The team that works here is amazing. They are like a family and they welcome you into their family when you are a guest in the hotel.|Great value for your money, convenient location, and a staff who will do whatever they can to make your stay the best it can be.

So what I'm seeing from the reviews most of the five-star reviews that these guys have are from the people that actually work there and live there. These people are very unprofessional rude towards certain race of people unprofessional by far. There's only one respectful helpful older guy named Mr hal who is completely amazing. Most of the employees including the lead employee lives there in the hotel so if you make a reservation and it doesn't meet their standings they will cancel or not even charge your card. Couldn't get a clean room to save my life but I didn't mind cleaning my own room. So the people that live there dictates pretty much who can stay there. Positive: Hotel was at a great spot. Quiet, peaceful. The room was amazing, clean, and comfortable. Negative: Nothing it was all good

If breathing is one of your hobbies, I’d suggest another hotel. I want to start with the good. Hotel staff was friendly and the room set up was nice. Nothing fancy, but enjoyed having a closed bedroom and full sized fridge. Now onto the bad. Our room was obviously smoked in. Immediately went back to front desk to ask for a different room.Hotel was completely booked( front desk actually stated Expedia oversold by 5 rooms) was offered a can of air freshener and was told if we leave the room for a few hours they could run a machine to help. We did so. After returning the man from the front came up with us to remove the machine. He even said it didn’t help. I want to add he was very nice and trying his best to help the situation. So if you can’t stand the smell of cigarette smoke, do not stay

Staff is great. One of the few places that is dog friendly so if you are not an animal lover there are plenty of other places for you. There are renovations in progress so I hope to be back when they're done.
