Extended Stay America Suites- Houston - Kingwood

Room was clean and quiet. No complaints for a 2-night stay. However, there are dishes or utensils to use in the kitchen.

Absolutely NOT! I will never return to this location. I'll start with the good though then go into why I would not be returning and would NOT recommend. There were 3 Good things. (1.) The price was great and they require no deposit. (2.) The location is close to Deerbrook Mall and other stores and places to eat on fm1960. (3.) The service was good. Anytime I had a question the front desk Lady answered it and was helpful and nice. Now let's get into why i would NEVER return and why I would advise that you choose some place else! When you first walk in it smells like dog, when you get into the hallway after riding the elevator it smells worse. I can't explain the smell it's horrendous, my children described it as "monkey butt" so that was off putting. We get into the room there were stains o

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️|I had a great stay at Extended Stay America in Kingwood, TX! The rooms are spacious and come with a full kitchen — super convenient for longer stays. The pool area is relaxing, the 24/7 gym is a big plus, and there’s even a barbeque spot to hang out. The staff was friendly and made my stay feel like home!

We booked last minute for christmas. The double i booked was not available so they did the right thing and called me before I showed up and there was an issue. Instead they called me with a solution. Management was more than hospitable and willing to work with us. Showed us our proposed substitute rooms before we paid. All I can say is may have a 2 or 3 motel rating but Management made it feel like a 5 star accommodation. You get what you pay for but here they definitely follow through with their service. Thank you and your team for a great stay with what you could accommodate and keeping me informed with my options open. Would stay here again just because of the way I was treated.

Booked online. Check in was easy and on the surface everything seemed ok at first. The hallways and rooms are carpeted and they hold the smells of not only the people who stay and cook there but also their pets. That still is manageable. Upon entering the room we discovered small bugs in the tub, later determined to be German cockroaches. The next morning there was one on the kitchenette area. The last day, an uncapped syringe was found underth the bathroom sink.i showeda picture of this to rhe desk clerk upon checkout and she just said she would tell housekeeping.
