Extended Stay America Suites- Fort Worth - Fossil Creek

Reviewed this hotel and looked good on the pictures when I booked. My family and I drove 10 hours arriving at midnight, we walked into the hotel to no one at the desk. Sign said helping another guest be right back. (Which was fine). The front desk rep walked in from outside the hotel. The rep didn't tell us the elevator did not work another guest did. Asked for a 1st floor room because my elderly mother in law couldn't go up stairs. The rep basically said oh well, there were no 1st floor rooms available. Once in the room, carpet was so stained and nasty, there were roaches on counter and pull out mattress was stained. No sheets for pull out mattress no trash can in the room. The next morning went down to check out the breakfast and there was nothing. Sign said breakfast to go but all that

The first person was nice and kind full. They mad me give a $100 CASH deposit. Which it does not Stat that anywhere on the site. ||There was no breakfast like it was stated on the site. Just coffee. The hall way has really bad odor. The elevator was down. By the way it seems to be down for a long period of time with no intention to getting it fixed. What if an person with an handicap booked a room and yall not informed them of that.||The room was filthy it had a dead roach in the corner. The bathroom was not clean. It had soap suds in the tub like someone has already used it. When I checked out I had to wait for inspection. When asked about room service. I booked this hotel based on the reviews and they are not valid. The hotel staff is subpar. The room is disgusting, it is literally like a trap house. There’s no smoke detector, the bathtub is stained and disgusting, the hallway smell like a combination of urine and animals. I do not recommend spending your money or time here. It is definitely not like the pictures. The beds are just foldable frames. It’s so gross

The whole place is disgusting, the pictures looks nothing like the place. People standing outside the door and the side of the building. Walk in at the front desk they take their time. Smells like dog and cat piss and weed smoke plus cigarettes. Men watching you as you leave that looks creepy. I as if they had cameras by the rooms and they do not they only camera in the front where they work. ceiling leaking dirty towels and sheets. You as for room service they tell you a lie and tell you they will bring clean sheet and towels and you never see it. Rooms had roaches crawling everywhere I could not sleep it was so bad my eyes and throat and ears were itching like crazy.
