Extended Stay America Suites- Fort Worth - City View

This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed and it needs to be reported and shut down. I don't believe they aim to make anybody feel comfortable. To start, we booked a 2 bed unit and they didn't have any. I thought maybe they would help the 2nd night but one of the maintenance said no! it was not possible and that the website is not accurate and has glitches making your believe you booked a 2 bed unit. There were dirty towels thrown in the kitchen as if they didn't finish cleaning. Missing pillowcases and dirty mirrors. Horrendous smell of cigarettes freshly smoked and the hallway smelled like an old dirty wet dog. Pieces of the bathroom were falling with flickering lights like out of a horror movie. The WORST was BOILING WATER to shower. They tried to fix it but couldn't get a plum

This hotel was awful! Very dirty, no cleaning service available, hallways look like they've never been vacuumed and elevator smelled from them accepting pets. Our room had stains on the bathroom counter that couldn't be removed, cabinet handles torn off. There were holes in the shower curtain. My boyfriend booked the room and couldn't get the deposit back after seeing the room and wanting to leave. So he bought his own sheets and pillows. Furniture torn up, paint coming off the walls. Online pictures not accurate and no one should ever stay here.

This was an awful experience! We reserved 2 rooms for our adult children who were visiting for Thanksgiving. When they got to their rooms, they were filthy. There was hair on the "clean" towels, dead bugs on the floors, mold & dirt in the tub/shower & mold in the dresser drawer. The parking lot is not lit at all and when they arrived (late in evening), there were people in the parking lot and entry way trying to follow them in (apparently not guests of the hotel). For adult children who live out of town in a large city they did not feel safe staying there. At that time of the evening, there was no staff member on duty and when they called the front desk, they were told to come back in the morning after 8am. Luckily, the stay ended up being refunded

Great location but the place is a dump. Walls had fist sized holes and patches. Bugs were everywhere. Floor had a depression from water damage --that takes a lot of time. Door did not lock properly. Bed was clean other than bugs. Water would not turn off in shower. Totally neglected by management - good thing we were too exhausted to go elsewhere for the night. Go elsewhere! - we only crashed for nine hours and left as fast as we could. Maybe the corporate management should stay here for a month or even a week or even a day.

Positive: Full size refrigerator, functional microwave, air conditioner was decent, had a recliner. Negative: Only willing to give me three pillows even though I made advance reservations for extra pilliws because Im a lung patients. Elevator didn't work, and I had to haul a 60 lb suitcase up two flights of stairs because of no elevator.
