Extended Stay America Suites- Daytona Beach - International Speedway

Positive: Cool layout with a kitchen, location to track was my reason for picking and boy do I regret that. Negative: STAY AWAY!! I booked two nights and left after one because I couldn’t stay there another night. The first room they gave us had ROACHES in the room. The second room they gave us after I told them was not clean and there was mold all over the ceiling

The rooms were great and clean and the staff was very friendly. Our only issue was we ran into roaches in two different rooms we stayed in and because it was a race weekend, there were no other rooms we could move to. They did mention their pest control had just come and that does usually stir up bugs, and that the top floors are probably better off compared to the lower floors. The manager was so kind and gave us a certificate for two free nights in the future for our issues. That was the only complaint we had and would just caution others to check your rooms thoroughly especially if on the first floor. All the staff was kind and they did go out of their way to accommodate us when we found the roaches. They were lovely and we would come back!

It has been the best experience for me by far. The service has been excellent and cleanliness is the best I’ve seen. Most places have awful smells and very disturbing environments but my stay has been very comfortable. I have extended my stay from a week to 3 weeks. I appreciate the well put together homely environment. The amenities are absolutely fantastic to enjoy a perfect getaway. The room is also perfect location for shopping with a Mall located right behind the establishment. The noise level was soothing I sleep like a baby. That gives real value to great nights stay. I really value Extended Stay America located at 255 Bill France blvd in Daytona beach Florida. Thanks 🙏🏾

For starters, I want to say that Danny Pohl, the Hotel Manager is absolutely amazing. He was very kind and compassionate, he went above and beyond in customer service. I noticed that he did this for everyone who came in to the hotel , not just for me. He seemed to handle himself well when an agitated customer called with an issue and again for another lady who was in front of me at the front desk with a complaint, as well as tried endlessly to make sure the lady was satisfied with what he could do for her. Alana(?) The other manager is also very polite. There was only one housekeeper at the time and she was doing her best to clean the rooms efficiently amd effectively. One of the front desk clerks, named Alik, wasn't as attentive, in fact i rang rhe bell at the desk 3 times in 10 mons and

I've been staying here for a couple of weeks for work and have no complaints. The sheets and towles are clean, the bed is comfortable, the water is hot and the rooms are clean! I work overnight and have no troubles sleeping during the day! The staff is always accommodating and pleasant! 10 out of 10 will recommend!!
