Extended Stay America Premier Suites- Fort Lauderdale - Cypress Creek - Park North

By far one of the worst experiences I have had with hotel. First, there are a ton of homeless people on the premises. They were in the parking lot, behind the building, and even in the lobby. They sat in the lobby all day charging phones, asking people for cigarettes and drinks, and eating the complimentary breakfast. The staff seemed to just let it happen. The smell in the hallways was awful. The room itself was not horrible but did have some flaws. First the tub was not clean, the bathroom door did not close all the way, the toilet paper holder was broken. Next the pull out couch did not have linens when we asked we were told they would deliver them. We asked three times before getting them once we got them we asked for pillows and were told that 6 is all we get for six people. They woul

First i would like to say Thank you to Kadina the manager for being so nice and understanding. Ever since she became manager, there's been a beautiful upgrade. It's clean and looks really nice. We truly feel like we are home away from home and that is what makes the stay amazing. Also we would like to say thank you to Kevin as well, we love his Customer service. Therefore this was hands down the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. From check-in to check-out, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and truly made me feel valued. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, creating a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. I left feeling grateful, happy, and well taken care of. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend

This is probably one of worst places I've stayed. Only reason we didnt book something else is cause we only stayed 1 night. We showed up early from our flight and wanted to relax by pool which they said was not open. And it looked like it hasn't been touched in years. Walked outside and you can see homeless people living in the bushes and cars in parking lot. Had homeless people coming into lobby begging for drinks and cigarettes. Employee even noticed and didnt say anything. Then a homeless lady came in to charge her phone and looked so upset we were sitting in chairs by outlet. We finally got into our room and she took our spot and literally stayed there all night long. We got to our hallway and it smelled super bad. Went into room and luckily room didn't smell but bathroom was gross. Ca

I booked herebased on 4 star rating....Thought I walked into a local shelter. Cigarette and moldy smell. Did not feel safe. My door did not closed securely. Room phone was dead. Breakfast consisted of watered down coffee , oatmeal packet , breakfast bar or wrapped muffin. Other guests slamming doors and dogs barking during the night. Found out at check out that this hotel houses homeless people. Reception staff not always present and you have to ring a bell.

Positive: Nothing, room were dirty! Waiting time was ridiculous although I reserved 2 days earlier. My significant other and I checked out and went home early to use the bathroom. The tub was so digusted with dirt stains. I will never rent there again. I? Negative: ""
