Front desk... Angelica is super helpful and has been here for eight years... You can only stay three weeks so be aware and you can't come back ever after the three weeks....used to have security but not anymore since choice hotels took over.. $100 deposit makes no sense. You can tell the hotel is dated.. Old carpet but they are working on upgrading it... No first floor rooms as of end of December Some rooms are updated but nothing to write home about. They are working on the road so be aware.. Denny's is next door. Had to stay here until we moved to our new place Hope they redo the hotel better It is showing it's age

Ena, a front desk agent was above and beyond. My husband had to go emergency heart surgery. He was flown in from another state, leaving me here with out transportation and friends... Until I met Ena. Her kindness, smile and laugh made my week long stay much more pleasant than I was expecting. Ena sets the bar of excellence.

The front desk lady that worked middays was awesome always had great conversations. Rooms was more like a studio apartment with a full-size kitchen stove and sink

I have enjoyed my stay there. The front desk personnel are awesome. I needed a room downstairs for medical reasons and they have taken great care of me. It isn't far from the strip either. Thank you to everyone there

So I won't lie. The rooms suck. They are outdated, the bed is uncomfortable, pillows smelt weird and overall it was not great. But, the woman who was working the desk last Friday 5/9 was the SWEETEST person I've ever met. We chose this hotel because a family friends child was in ICU at sunrise and it was the closest one. Not only did she help get us a good rate, she listened to us and made a bad day a little better. She was so unbelievably sweet and even with the outdated room we were happy simply because she was there to listen. Thank you so much! I don't remember her name but she deserves the world ❤️
