Extend A Suites

So I get the next extended stay just for people who are going to be there for a week or so full kitchen bedroom couch bathroom I mean the layout was really cool I like it but you should have a few just single bed bedrooms like a normal thing for people who aren't going to sleep for a walk period of time because it was a waste of money you have laundry there for the guest to use but you charge for it The laundry you should be included in the room for as much as you charge lol my room I was in room 318 and each time I had to go in and out of it it took about 5 to 10 minutes just for me to be able to unlock the door and I went down several times and like oh we'll just do this and said moving me to a different room and the vending machine prices are ridiculous The one you find in the bus stati

BEWARE!! Okay so, I've read plenty of reviews on this place that said it sucked but I decided to check it out for myself anyways to try and save some money. Got put in room 233: No bathroom light bulb, no hot water in the sink, no shower curtain, and the TV outlet did not work. Whatever. My wife came down and he put us in a nicer looking room. Room 130: It only looked nicer. It has bed bugs and when I say it's infested, I mean it's infested. Spend a few bucks more and stay somewhere else Edit: the guy still rents out the rooms that are infested. He stated they put peppermint oil in the rooms and that should clear it up.

This place is not even worth 1 star should be an option to give it negative stars, awful management who is dishonest. They charge a deposit which YOU WILL NOT get back I am disputing the deposit with my bank, I was in town on business and alone, definitely did not do and damage or anything to the room. I did not even use a trash can, I was in the room for only 4 hours. Floors and furniture was filthy and outdated.I slept on a plastic shower curtain I went and purchased at a store because the bed sheets had hair on them, So I could tell they hadn't replaced the bedding. Shower was filthy and hair around the shower and walls, parking lot was filthy, lots of sketchy people around, Paid ahead because I was told I would get a 10% and did not receive the discount I was supposed to. If you call their phone number the automated recording states the number has been disconnected. We drove over there and the manager was out front. He said they are open, but their phone is "broken". The supposed heated outdoor pool had no water in it. There were people cooking on portable stove tops outside their rooms. Going by the condition of the vehicles and the look and smell of the guests, it appears the place caters to those who are down and out or homeless. Lots of fishy characters hanging around and broken down air conditioners and washing machines outside several motel room doors. Not the kind of place you'd bring your kids and the sort of place you'd feel your car would get broken into at night. We were quoted the rate would be $299 a week. Compared to a couple years ago it's definitely not as sketchy staying there now. The units in the far back of the lot are actually run by the church now for $40 a week with the stipulation that you have to attend all Church events and get a job within a certain amount of time. Just having the element of the church there in the back is a huge upgrade from what it was a couple years ago. Definitely not as many sketchy people walking around staring at you like you just killed somebody I think I only saw two people outside the whole time. Great improvement and keep up the good work!
