Baymont by Wyndham Columbia Maury

I’ve stayed at this property several times in the past for business trips. My expectations have never been for a luxury 4- or 5-star experience, just a clean and reasonably safe place to sleep. Until my most recent visit, I hadn’t encountered any problems. Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing.|The room showed significant signs of neglect, including peeling paint, showerheads that were barely attached to the wall, and a broken heating/air conditioning unit. When I pulled back the covers, I found hairs on the sheets and pillowcase that were not mine, and more hair in the shower. I contacted the front desk to request clean sheets, but was told that I would need to visit the front desk to pick them up. I then had to strip the bed and replace the linens myself.|Noise was another issu

The company I work for put in this hotel for the week, I got to say, very nice, king size bed very comfortable, extremely clean, housekeeping is awesome, the front end staff is excellent. Bathrooms is clean, everything was set to standard procedure. Which I like that, the only thing that got me, was the shower, hot water on the left and cold water on the right you turn the knob over to hot and it's cold water, you turn knob to cold the water is super hot, not the hotels fault, put the blame on the plumber for mixing up water lines back when this place was built. Overall I give 2 thumbs up, great place to stay.

Positive: Beds were comfy Negative: Lots of hair in bath and random places in room. Noise was also a problem as we were close to lobby etc.

We came because of no power. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, nice location and good breakfast. If you have any problems they fix it right away. I will definitely tell anyone to stay here. Always smiling and yhe best stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Baymont Inn in Columbia, TN. The room was super clean and spacious, and I loved the setup. The metal bed frame is awesome — no box spring needed and still really comfy! The linens were fresh and soft, and everything felt nice and tidy. I also liked that the wardrobe came with an iron and full-size ironing board, which was super convenient. The bathroom had Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap — a nice touch that made it feel a bit more upscale. Service from the staff was top notch. Super nice and made me feel appreciated as a guest.Overall, it was a great stay for the price clean, comfortable, and very relaxed .I’d definitely stay here again!
