Executive Inn & Suites - Tyler

Positive: Location and price Negative: Ice machine closest to our room didn’t work. Refrigerator was turned off when we got to room and water was everywhere in refrigerator bad we had to dry it up.

The Executive Inn was in a great location. When we checked inn the gentleman was cheerful and helpful. Our room was clean and the beds super comfy. The road outside is a little noisy, but quieted down after 10 pm (totally out of the control of The Executive Inn). Breakfast was fresh and had ample choices. We would stay here again!

We were pleasantly surprised by this place! The customer service was excellent. The rooms were clean & comfortable. We stayed on a Saturday night and it was quiet. The parking lot was well lit. To top it off, the continental breakfast had waffles, omelets, sausage and bacon. We definitely got way more than we paid for.

The room is very nice and clean. The front desk is extremely friendly. There is plenty of parking and it’s easy to find.The only negative is their breakfast. They have waffles, cereal, coffee, and juice, but there is no fresh fruit, sweets, muffins, or danish and no breads or bagels of any kind.

Wonderful hotel all around. Clean rooms with a wonderful price. I loved the cordial and dedicated customer and housekeeping service. Worth it!
