Executive Inn

I stayed at this motel for over two months. My room was infested with German cockroaches. We had to put off poison ourselves which we purchased. The wifi didn't work. The washer didn't work. There was never coffee in the morning. I went in to pay formy room one morning and the owners where yelling at each other. The husband and the wife. I had to wait for about 10 minutes before she came to the desk . Then she gave me a dirty look and was rude. The coke machine didn't work. I complained about all these things and nothing was ever done. I have pictures of the cockroaches. I also wasn't given back my taxes for staying over 30 days. She said it goes by her occupancy rate. We got a jacuzzi suite for a really good price (about 100 after tax).The room was not the best cleaned room that I have seen (just small stuff-outside of tub not clean and small amounts of glitter around jacuzzi), but the staff were very friendly. I would stay here again. Anywhere else was charging $20+ for a jacuzzi suite in the surrounding area.

Thank You, for our stay. We loved you, and you're staff. Very kind hands down the best experience in hotels in the area. Didn't over charge us, the rooms were so clean, never bugged us you guys let us enjoy our stay. Customer service A +plus. No complaints from the owners about my big dog Thank You for that, you guys have made our stay peaceful 💖😉. Maid service was the best. I can't say it enough.

The worst hotel you can possibly stay at ! Roaches in the cabinets , a/c leaking water , beds fully stained and it’s suppose to be a non smoking room which smells like pure cigarette. Not to mention front desk is super rude always asleep on shift , 0/10 in my opinion . -reply to owner - YES I AM AWARE YOU GUYS ARE NOT AMERICAS BEST VALUE !. I stayed in room 210 . Stayed for a week . Till front desk lady and her son confronted me in a very rude matter not to mention knocked at a family members room barging in . Also day before arriving I had made a reservation over telephone , once I arrived the front desk lady was half asleep not wanting to even check if they were rooms available and that there was no reservation .!

The beds need to be better, the maids need to speak some English and no it's not because I'm racist., It is the USA , ( the oldest eldest maid does best ). Other than that it's good. Rooms could use updated. They are good other than that. Parking is ok but fills up fast.
