Executive Inn Fort Worth

Everything about this stay was not okay. The pictures they advertise are not the same as in person! The lobby doesn’t have that cozy vibe were you would want to just sit down and hang out in there for a while. The rooms are hot, the a/c ran all night but never got cold once. The bathroom mirrors have some weird black stuff on it and the door and shower head have rust. The shower doesn’t get hot water you’ll be lucky to get warm. The beds aren't comfy but they aren’t super hard. Customer service was ok, she didn’t talk very much, didn’t tell us about free wifi, breakfast times, really anything at all. All together this stay was a 2/10 won’t be staying here again.

Front desk staff are friendly. Morning staff are not as much. No drinking water, ice machine or filter water available unless to purchase. Minimal amenities. If you're looking for basic and a clean room to stay at a reasonable price. This is it.

I'm so grateful that I've found this place. This hotel saved me and my family from a nightmare after booking two weeks somewhere else, I was able to cancel and immediately we called this property they were so welcoming and helpful, Geeta is fantastic. She understood what we needed and got us settled. The room is clean, the staff responds immediately to whatever is needed and the hotel is safe; one downside is that there is no breakfast. Still, I'm very grateful that I found this place while we reorganized our moving to Texas. Highly recommend it.

****ZERO STARS**** I had an extremely disturbing and unacceptable experience at the Executive Inn off Highway 820 in White Settlement, TX. I booked and paid over $500 for a six-night stay. Upon arrival, the front desk clerk immediately demanded an additional deposit and stated—without cause—that my cousin and I would be “bringing in roaches.” This assumption was made before we ever entered the room. Toward the end of the conversation, she made it clear she had no intention of returning the deposit regardless, meaning her mind was already made up. For context: we are African American. A white male guest checked in immediately after us, and he was not questioned, warned about roaches, or asked for any additional deposit. The difference in treatment was obvious and alarming. Everything was good about my stay until I decided to spend some time in the lounge area near the front office. And was asked am I waiting for a ride and that I am not ALLOWED sit there...with out having a room. But I am checked in to a room and have been for 4 days now. I even had this same woman make me a key when I left mine in my room on yesterday. Her approach was very displeasing and found it disrespectful. This is how you handle guest. Well done. Not treated as a guest to the hotel but more like a vagrant off the streets!
