Evans RV Park

Very quiet park with little to none socializing. We spent several months there and although we like quiet we were surprise with the silience, lots of working folks so I guess that should be expected. Signs everywhere letting you know what not to do. Upside is the park backs up to Riverside Park, great walking trails and river access. There are no amenities at the RV park so this very nice.

New campground with a great location! whether it’s going to Denver or to the Rockies there’s so much to see and do around here. Large spots, extra parking at your site, nice mulched in between, asphalt pads level. Awesome laundry room, And though I didn’t use it, the bathrooms/showers were modern clean and something you don’t see very often at an RV park! Didn’t use the game room, but saw it and it was nice. Very helpful office staff very friendly park neighbors and gated 24 seven! Would recommend this park if you’re in the area super easy and easy out! And Clean!!!

We stayed at Evans RV Park for 7 months. Management was always friendly and helpful. Most of our neighbors where friendly. I would say we built a friendship with our direct neighbor and a couple across the way. People really do keep to themselves. The park is quite and clean. Having the laundry facilities make life easier. You just have to go during the week as weekends are super busy. Being first time RV folks we purchased the RV Park internet. Never had an issue and the price isn't bad. There is no direct entertainment in the park however we would takes walks with the dog in the city park directly on the back side of the RV Park. I've been staying in Evans Rv park in Greely for almost 6 months now..It's one of the cleanest and we'll maintained parks I've seen in awhile..Really like the controlled acess.Ir keeps anyone just from driving thru like most parks..The laundry room is very clean and the machines work well..The office staff is very helpful if you need something..I was away at work and a water leak happened in my fifthwheel because of the extreme cold..My washing machine froze is what caused the leak..The office was notified by my neighbor at the time..The office sent the maintenance man to turn off my water stopping the leak from flooding my camper and doing more damage..Im very thankful because they did something..Most places don't do anything..I would recommend anyone needing a camper spot in the Greely a

I was extremely impressed with the park. Very clean. We were able to enjoy the game room and clubhouse. The restrooms and showers were impeccable. With access to Riverside Park and the Platte River made our stay that much more enjoyable. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming! We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone!
