Americas Best Value Inn Greeley Evans

I never saw a room but this location lied to me on several occasions and different employees. First, I called ahead of time to find out if they would allow my 2 ESA cats. I always want to make sure they take cats so I dont end up in my car. I get there and a different agent at the desk says they dont take them. Then once they decide they will take them, they try to charge me all kinds of fees for them which is against the law. I offered to show him the paperwork stating as such and he refused to even look at it. He was rude, inconsiderate, and needs to be removed from the front desk if he is going to call customers liars.

It is okay. Enough room for 4 people to feel comfortable. The lobby has a pool table and is comfortable and clean. Location is okay, next to the gas station for "Quik Trips". Overall good stay

Positive: Smoking was allowed in room Negative: It was dirty when we got there, we weren’t told that we had to request housekeeping so our room was not cleaned for 3 days. We had to take out our trash and use our own trash bags. I killed a roach in the room

we had a wonderful stay. staff is amazing and the room made us feel just at home. will be coming back.

People outside and in other rooms are very loud. Service could be better but it is okay. Good size rooms and beds for the price and somewhat clean and well kept.
