A bit disappointed. Emily Jones, the owner, seems friendly and eager to please but I'll be at the beginning of my 3rd week here and have yet to have housekeeping come by. I requested it a few days ago; I was told the housekeeper would show the next day. She never came by. I found some clean towels that appeared to be from the facility while in the laundry and grabbed a few just to change out my own towels. They're a bit slow on maintenance requests. They are quite a bit cheaper than the last lodge I stayed in, but I always had immediate service and a clean room with the last place. If you do laundry, there are 3 washing machines -2 work, and 2 dryers - 1 work. While these aren't coin operated, good luck finding your turn on a dryer. Attention Owner's ( Emily Jones ) Well as of today, your so called Manager Ruth! Call me today stating that she had gotten a complain, which i know by who. Her favorite worker lol. The maintenance lady. Well just because i took the lady's quilt out of the dryer, which was dry. I have lots of clothes to washed, am a mother of 3 baby's. Well the maintenance lady complain well Ruth made a notice about 2 months prior before her VACATION. STATING if anyone who had clothes in dryer and already Dry. Well anyone can take the clothes out and put to aside, and Yes Ruth mention to me as well verbally. Well that's what i did , and today Ruth called. That if she wants she will Renew so i can continue my Stay, No thanks she gave me 30 days to move OUT. She said well other's have to wash, okay. First of

I am Emily Jones, owner of the Energy Lodge, I have to admit our housekeeping was sidetracked & unprepared December 10th 2016- March 2017. We had just converted 17 of our single rooms to doubles to accommodate a large group that wished to house 2 people per room, this added laundry & created the below described laundry issue. I apologize to any of our customers who were with us at this time or any time when they did not get top notch service. Dec 2016, I'm not sure what the excuse was but I am sorry. Jordan Hernandez handles billing, payments & recipts now. I created Energy Lodge because I was paying $140/night in Shelby County, Texas while working in the oilfield. Management sucks housekeeping must have a really dirty house and they don't care that they took too much out of your account and take forever to return it. I've been waiting over a week for money they took 3 days early without knowing I was leaving or staying. So after trying for weeks to have my money returned to my account. TJ Jones made up 3 new invoices all different from the two I received while staying there. Nothing good to say about th ownership of this establishment and would recommend paying cash only if you have to stay here. They are accustomed to ripping off oilfield companies and have no need for the personal accounts they could receive by being an honest ran company.

We just moved in here and of course we like being by all of the pipeliners husband works with, we’re the loud ones ever saturday night because the only day they get off is sunday... 🤷🏼‍♀️ the rooms weren’t cleaned when we moved in there was a lint roller FULL OF HAIR under the bed sheets , i took them completely off and put our own on. mold behind the bed as well... cleaning lady should really do her job.. i’m pregnant and being around mold can make me really sick... other than that, everything is okay. wifi kind of sucks but that’s what you get for free wifi🤷🏼‍♀️
