Encore Alamo Palms

I absolutely love this resort. It is beautiful, welcoming warm staff, and the maintenance people are happy to help with anything you need including dropping off your trash if you’re not able to! It is a beautiful community located in a pristine location. Nice and quiet, but surrounded by plenty of amenities and conveniences. Pleased to have found Encore Alamo Palms resort. The activities and people here are terrific. ⭐️

Really enjoyed our stay. Gary greeted us when we landed and gave our welcome packet which we really appreciated! Office staff were also super nice always! The park was quiet when we were there but everyone we met was so kind and friendly. Junior stopped when I was outside the RV and just chatted and checked to see if everything was ok! He was so nice and personable I would hire him in a heartbeat! Site was small but because there was no one at either side of us, we were fine! Laundry takes the CSC cards so make sure you have $5 and $1 to put in the machine. We loved the pool and the park was clean. We also enjoyed putt putt golf. Your stars are Gary and Junior and they made our stay so much more enjoyable! Can’t wait to go back!

This is an older RV park but very well maintained & clean! We stayed there in our 40 foot 5th Wheel. This park is in a great location between 2 fairly large cities McAllen & Harlingen. ||The staff & residents very friendly & helpful.

This is our third winter in the Rio Grand. We are Thousand Trails members and stay in several of the Encore parks. Alamo Palms is one of our favourites and we frequent here often. The staff are always welcoming, helpful & friendly. There are lots of amenities and activities. We highly recommend it. We travel in a 35ft wheel with my service dog.

Super friendly staff, very helpful and accommodating, grounds are dated but maintained. The pool and hot tub are the best things about this place. The sand/grass stickers/burrs are HORRENDOUS, not only or did but also our feet so beware every time you step outside
