Most people are living in 5th Wheels are not rich or have had 5th wheels for years and don't have the money to update 2008 Obviously if they have the money to update their motor homes or their fifth wheels they'd be living in a house And why do they need to see you pay stubs of most people have money , don't need it In the bank. If they've got the money to pay the rent, they pay the rent. It's month to month. They don't pay one month. They get kicked out or ask to leave. Just Like Motel. I think it's a Bologna that you have to do. Credit checks at all that stuff. It's Rent a spot. not a mansion

I am a travel nurse and needed a site for 3-6 months for my 2018 40 ft. DP. I gave all the information requested on her application EXCEPT copies of my contract and last pay check stubs. I have bought cars without proof of income before. I provided proof of my credit score, 821, in lieu of highly personal and sensitive data about my economic status. At her request, I provided my last two employers contact information to verify my employment And last two RV parks I stayed, to verify I left in good standing. As far I have heard, she did not contact any of those people to verify me. Veronica offered no assurance that my financial information would not be shared. We have a nice 2006 5th wheel with recently updating wiring. The owners however won't accept anything older than a 2008 without even considering that not everything that's older is dumpy. Oh well I guess good luck with your business.

I have a 2007 and got denied,I paid 85k for my rig ,I could buy the whole park with just my rigs net worth but ok.I have over 100 k followers and I guarantee they won't be staying there either 👍
