BEIJING RV PARK

The Owner/Manager works harder than anyone I know to keep this place clean and nice. If there is anything wrong here it's the people that have trashed their spots and no one wants to live near a junkyard. Bruce is to nice and these people take advantage of him.

The Beijing is the ghetto of Emmett I have family that lives in this RV Park and am there quite frequently. For $500 a month you barely get a space to park your RV with the electrical only working part time. The manager/owner is a complete waste of space yet his wife is a sweetheart. He loves to collect your rent but doesn't like to use the money to improve the RV Park. There are laundry facilities on site yet for 20 spaces you get one washer and one dryer and you're lucky if your laundry is still there if you haven't been watching it every second. For an extra $30 a month you get the chance to hopefully use the shoddy Wi-Fi signal that is on site. In my opinion the manager is a slumlord and it's RV Park is for those that have absolutely no other choice.

Very clean and well kept!

Good so far. Fairly quiet. Tight spaces.
