Embassy Suites by Hilton Montgomery Hotel & Conference Center

Awesome Stay! I have stayed a lot of nights at the Embassy Suites, but this stay has been the best and most comfortable ever. The front desk and manager on duty were splendid! The service was totally superb! They quickly addressed all needs, concerns and questions with great knowledge and willingness to accommodate. I give all the individuals listed a 5 out of 5 for their professionalism and grace towards each guests being checked in and out during our stay. We were there for a FCCLA Convention with teens and they treated the students with great poise and hospitality. I will highly recommend this Hilton properties to anyone that needs a place to stay within this area to book with the Embassy Suites downtown Montgomery, Alabama. Fun hotel for kids with the open atrium style. My daughters said it was the best hotel on their trip. The staff were super nice, check-in was a breeze, the room spacious and the breakfast was solid. The pool is not heated, so only our kids were able to handle it. The hotel is walkable to downtown and the Legacy Museum. Easy in and out parking with your hotel key. If we end up in Montgomery again, I will definitely stay here.

Positive: Location was okay. Negative: The staff was RUDE! Did not explain anything in details. Rude Verbal communication and screaming. Our room AC did not work. We did ask for someone to fix it and it didn’t happen. The floor and shower had hair and large pieces of hair found in carpet.

From the moment we walked in, Beverly, checked us in with a lovely greeting, completed the process quickly, but not rushed.She would pause briefly behind anything she said. I took that as, just a moment for the customer to speak regarding what she said. That was comforting. We stayed only one night, this time, to attend a Dear High School Classmate. She was such a beautiful, kind, loving soul: "Mrs. Jewell Cobb Pitts". Lastly, this was not our first time having Beverly, check us in. We stayed @ this Embassy Suites in November 2025, for 4 days. Had a fantastic experience at the Embassy Suites in Montgomery. Beverly Scott, the hostess, was exceptional — warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She set the tone for a great dining experience and made everyone feel genuinely valued. Brandy at the bar was equally impressive. Friendly, professional, and clearly great at what she does. The service was fast, the drinks were excellent, and her positive energy really stood out. Employees like Beverly and Brandy are a true credit to this hotel. Outstanding service all around — I’ll absolutely be back.
