Embassy Suites by Hilton Las Vegas

I was nervous about staying here after reading some reviews. We Loved it!! Would stay here again! Its just off the strip and there are lots of restaurants you can walk too. The despensery is also walkable. Great pool, great service, great breakfast and cocktail party in the evenings. The rooms are very clean a little dark, but provide good lighting options! The staff goes above and beyond. So glad we stayed!!

I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. My reservation was canceled without warning, though they eventually reactivated it, which was the only upside to an otherwise terrible experience. Check‑in took 25 minutes, followed by another 25 minutes just to get a drink at their evening reception. The elevators were painfully slow, the pool was closed, and the entire property was extremely understaffed. On top of that, they charge a ridiculous parking fee, the hotel was overall dirty and rundown, and the rooms were dusty and not up to par. Not a single manager was available the whole weekend to address any of these issues. For $350 a night, this was absolutely the worst stay I’ve ever had, and I honestly question how they even passed their audits. Stay away.

Very nice hotel. We had a room with a king size bed which overlooked the strip. We could see the Sphere and Strat. Next to the room was a sitting area with a sofa, large TV, refrigerator, table. A door separated the 2 rooms. We received tickets for complementary drinks and snacks to be used between 5:30 and 7:00 pm. It was very nice. Breakfast was really nice with an omelet station which was the best part of the breakfast. The rest of the food options was great too. Just be careful, breakfast ends at 9 am and the line for the omelet station was long and not moving very fast, so don't arrive late. Even the rest of the food and drinks was low a bit before 9. The location is a bit far to walk to the strip, perhaps 25 minutes. The parking lot is not free, but you can go in and out. All in a

I personally did not enjoy this hotel visit. While I love the embassy and their order ready breakfast, the complimentary drinks don’t make up for the staffs poor customer service. The cooks for breakfast were all annoyed when very little people stayed during this time of visit. The complimentary snacks were followed by smirks and faces of disgust from the women near the bar.. The pool area is closed by 5pm, no later… Although the room service was great it just didn’t make us feel welcome. Will consider even staying at this hotel again..
