Elm Haven Resort

Our extended family stayed June of 2019. It was the best vacation we had taken in many, many years! The location was perfect, cabins were clean and beautiful with all the knotty pine! Owners were a delight and made us feel at home! We all hope to return next year! An absolutely beautiful resort!

It was our quick get away and a fishing trip. We have rented a few cabins before but this experience was truly exceptional. From the point of welcoming us, new remodeled cabin and everything that you need for getting a super rest weekend. Thanks again Elm Heaven Resort for a wonderful time!

I have known this resort for about 50 years. I remember when Archie Sampson was the owner of the resort. The cabins are rustic, just what you would expect from a fishing resort. From my recollection, they had boats for rent and a cleaning house to dress your fish. I would recommend it to anyone.

My parents owned Elm Haven resort in the early 70's. Our family affectionately refer to it as THE RESORT. We all have fond memories from there, even went and stayed as guests in early 80's-- nothing had changed. If memory serves me correct, Rush Lake was in Minnesotas top 10 cleanest lakes at that time and the fishing was great ! Nothing beats a walleye dinner fresh from clean, cold water.

Beautiful location right on Rush Lake. Dock, deck & fire pit. Rustic cabin duplex with 2 bedrooms & 1 bath on each side. Twin beds in all bedrooms. Intro letter from Sota Lakes Properties had wrong address. Nice LG TV's, but no service. Usually on lake or outside, but are faced with couple days of rain & cannot watch TV. Thursday night football would be great. No response from Premier host.
