Very enjoyable living spaces very quiet and relaxed environment. Landlords are extremely Friendly and are willing to work with some.

Go read my review on Meadow lake rv and you'll see what craziness my mom has had to go through this past month. We were desperate to get her away from there, and the people who treated her just awful so we started the search for a new place she could call home. We looked for several days straight and just didnt feel right at any of the places we visited. That is until we came to Elm creek. Honestly it was a mistake that we were on this highway, but it is the best mistake ever. We came in fairly late and spoke to the owners. My mom had a spot to move to next day. They have been so nice and accommodating to her and she feels right at home. Owners are always out and about making changes and improvements and they are so easy to talk to. My mom is happier than I've seen her in a very long time.

I've lived here since July 2nd of 2018 and I like it here it's quiet close to town and everything you need within 10 minutes .Plus New Braunfels is 15 miles away ,San Antonio is 40 miles and San Marcos 23 .Centrally located to 3 great cities ,and the Gaudelupe River .The owners Debbie and John are very good and fair people and lot rent is perfect .I highly recommend it to people who like their privacy like I do

It is a very small friendly R.V. park for people who are working class full time R.V.er's who have been traveling and now are here putting down roots and allowed to make a home. We love it here.

One of the best places I've ever lived, the owners are awesome people who get out and get to know everyone, it's quite and just a good place to live!!!
