Update 02/2026: Everything is open now, and the clubhouse is really fun to hang out in to play pool or ping pong or watch a movie. The bathrooms are immaculately clean and all have showers. Don't like that the electric bill is separate from rent. The laundry is pricey and the dryer doesn't get a full load completely dry in one go, so I go to the laundromat in town instead. Still a nice place to be. What a neat, brand new park! The managers, Andy and Faith, are so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It's still under construction so all the amenities are not quite available yet, but that just means it'll have that "shiny and new" vibe once it's done. My kids enjoy the pickleball court, and there's lots of room to take my dog on walks. The wi-fi is good, and there are several boosters througho
