Comfort Inn & Suites Jerome - Twin Falls

On a road trip found this hotel half way to my destination. I have passed twin falls multiple times and have never even thought of staying here but wow am I surprised and will be staying here again. It's a decent priced hotel, the staff was very nice and helpful. They have a heated swimming pool so that was very nice. The rooms were clean, no issues at all. I will say after being in the room for a bit it started smelling a little weird but could be because of humidity from showers and stuff. But I opened the window and let the air out and it was fine. Maybe a carpet clean wouldn't hurt. Breakfast was good, they don't have the absolute best breakfast but it's free and better than nothing. Waffles were good. I liked the options for bagel spreads. We have stayed at this Comfort Inn multiple times. It is conveniently located off of Highway 84. It is a nice, newer facility than the Sleep Inn across the street. It offers more reasonable rates than in town Twin Falls hotels. The facility, grounds and rooms are clean. It is a three-story building with and elevator. There is free off=street parking though front access is a bit limited. There is ample room for turn around space and larger vehicles. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The free hot breakfast was fantastic with cheesy scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffles and other continental items. I would have given the hotel a 10 but after having to deal with the hotels tech support guy on the WiFi I knocked it down to 8. If I were rating only the WiFi and tech support then it would be a rating of zero! WiFi in the room did not work. Front desk told me that I had to call the tech support. I travel a lot, at least a dozen hotels a year. This is the first time that I, as the customer, had to call tech support over not being able to connect to WiFi. That is very odd! Tech support had zero customer service skills. He suggested that I go to the lobby to use WiFi. Then he wanted me to find out if other rooms were having an issue. Rooms are nice. Clean.. would not stay here if you expect any rest. Children running up and down the halls banging on doors. Hanging out in the lobby being obnoxiously loud. Front desk did zero to correct the issue. My second time here. First time was a pleasant stay.

Caitlyn at the front desk was amazing at check in, the room was very clean and spacious, the dining area was a good size, and there were breakfast options for everyone. The temps dropped to below 20 degrees and the locks on our vehicle were frozen. Amanda at the front desk at check out was outstanding in seeing where she could assist and even reached out to the maintenance guy Joe, to see what he had to help. We’re so very grateful for them because we were able to get on our way. This hotel sets the standard with customer service for sure! The location is perfect with plenty of parking.
