Element Las Vegas Symphony Park

I cannot rave enough about the customer service I experienced today during my check-in experience with Tomas. I had booked third party (I’ve learned my lesson after today) and that service, rhymes with smriceline, never pushed my reservation through to the hotel. So after a 5 hour drive we were left with no room and a crazy long phone call with the third party customer service in another country. Tomas was patient, helpful, and hilarious. I consider him my new best friend. During my frustrating phone call trying to figure out why they couldn’t send through my reservation, Tomas worked on the side securing me a better room for a better price and gave me extras because my day was going so poorly. I had a great stay here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. The bed was very comfortable and my room was clean and nicely decorated. Also, the free breakfast included a nice yogurt buffet, cereals, fresh orange juice (or at least it tasted fresh), and a custom omelette station. Definitely a better-than-average free breakfast. I would like to thank Tomas and Marcello for providing excellent customer service at the front desk.

My insurance company put me up in this hotel when my house got flooded and I’ve been here for about a week with my dog. I’m really happy with it. The rooms are new, the kitchenettes are more than adequate for me, there’s an omelet station available for breakfast along with the regular continental bits, the restaurant/bar are ok, and Symphony Park is just a really nice area to be in (keep in mind that I’m a local - tourists may or may not agree with that, but I think most locals would!). If they had a designated area for dogs onsite, my pup would be happier, but she’s an Aussie and needs a lot of exercise. I’ve seen people with little dogs that are probably just fine here.

Great newer hotel in an up and coming entertainment district. All hotel staff were welcoming, friendly, and polite. Rooms were clean and nice. Interior rooms had a view of the roof so not a stellar sight but overall, a great choice for it's proximity to our event.

Wonderful location! Away from the strip yet near with things do nearby. Was in Las Vegas for my daughter's golf tournament for three nights, so staying near the event was the key priority. At the same time we wanted to neat things to do, if time permitted and be in area that was easily accessible with no crowds. This fit the bill! Upon arriving, check in went smoothly, with a friendly receptionist! Rooms were clean and minimalist. Note no closet and two small drawers. That was a bit of an issue as a family of four, staying for three nights for a sports tournament. And unfortunately we did run into a few hiccups, there was no remote to the TV.
