Customer Reviews
The Element is top shelf. Great rooms. Facility was modern, clean and vibrant. It is a lovely hotel. I looked forward to eggs cooked to order, plus avocado toast. There was a fitness center, outdoor pool, spa, 3 elevator that go up to the 5 floor, and outdoor seating area. This is a great place for vacation or business. The 24-hour staff was attentive, friendly, and professional. This hotel is my first pick when I return.
This is a beautiful, modern, and well-maintained hotel in a great location near the airport. The room felt new, everything worked perfectly, and the overall design and condition of the property were excellent.||Breakfast was outstanding — easily the best breakfast I’ve had at a select-service hotel. Plenty of options and well executed.||The only downside was the overnight check-in experience, which was less welcoming than expected. That said, arriving earlier next time should easily solve that.||Overall, this was a great stay, and we will definitely be back.
This smaller-scale hotel offers modern, clean rooms with an “apartment” feel that makes the stay super comfy. They offer guest laundry that allowed for card payment, which I was super grateful for. Staff were friendly, gym was cozy but satisfactory, and all common areas (including gym, laundry room, etc.) looked very well maintained. Additionally, I absolutely LOVE the location as it’s within a shopping area and super walkable to many nearby restaurants and shopping stores, including Sephora, B&N, and even a pho place literally right next door. Literally my holy trinity. I was only visiting for a quick overnight, but it made me wish I was staying longer!
This was our first stay at Element and we loved it. Small hotel but very nice and great location in the Town Square, plenty of shopping and restaurant options. Our rooms were very clean and had kitchenettes which was really nice. Would definitely stay here again and would absolutely recommend. Only con was the walls are a little thin, we could hear our neighbors periodically but nothing to lose sleep over.
The Element Hotels are now owned by Marriott. Regardless, I expected the same eco-boutique interior with relaxed smooth functional flow vibes. Disappointingly, the vibe and eco-boutique flow of previous Element Hotels are gone, replaced by an interior theme that's Marriott's beige color scheme. The cool Element breakfast is replaced by a live cook who cooks omelettes from freshly cracked eggs upon order but the setback here is that the cook only cooks one omelette at a time. I didn't have the time to wait. The breakfast room is poorly laid out without a clear streamline. It's annoying to be running into other people who also had to trek across the seating area to get their breakfast items at different corners of the room. The positives here: loaner bikes, the better than average fitness ro
