Eldorado Inn & Suites

Room was very gross, After traveling all day from Arizona and wanting just to go to sleep, we didn't have a lot of options. The pictures posted on their site are not what you are getting. Renovated and clean? Renovated maybe. Clean not. The sink was coated with a grimy disgusting film, obviously had not been scrubbed down. The dresser had something majorly dripping off the front of it. The door in bathroom was filthy. Much of this I didn't notice due to extreme exhaustion until morning. Not something one should want to deal with late at night or wake up to in the morning. A refund is needed but was refused. Zero stars would be more appropriate. I am not an overly picky person but as a whole but this just gross.

I just checked in so I may have to change my posts . Anyway, for 95$ on a Friday night I expected something nicer. However the room is clean upon first inspection . I see the potential. The furniture in here is just awful. Mismatch chairs, cheap table, I like it comes with a larger than most hotel rooms fridge and microwave. I think that's the standard . The bed is most comfortable of all the hotels I have stayed in the last 2 weeks. I think it just needs minor upgrades.

This place is now a Quality inn. That is a good thing. The quality inn renovations have made this a real quality stay. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and really dedicated to making your stay warm and pleasant. Beds are comfortable and the rooms feel first class. I highly recommend this real gem of the South Bay. They even send you on your way with breakfast and a smile. If you try this place you will come back again and again. The new name says it all ( Quality.)

When we arrived our room wasn't ready, but they gave us the keys and said they needed another 20 minutes. We hung out at the pool and waited for the room to be completed. We saw the door open the entire time, but eventually the cleaning cart moved. We finally walked up to the third floor and tracked down a maid who told us she just needed to bring pillow cases and it would be ready. Instead of letting us in our room she decided to move onto another room and start cleaning until she could come back to give us the pillow cases. I think everyone agrees that the last thing you want to do after a long drive is wait!! Once we got inside, the room seemed nice. However, upon inspection the floors were very dirty and people had tagged things such as "R+S 4EVER" on multiple items throughout the

This is not a terrible place to stay, it does need some work. however, when you check in they charge your credit card twice. Once to the room, one sweetie pie. Even after the room charges clear your card. The deposit is not returned. It takes an additional four or five days. This is unlike any of the other quality Inn that I have stayed at. Something fishy going on here.
