Bestall Inn

Remodeling the rooms on individual bases, establishment is old and getting better...owner is nice and friendly gentleman and even though tight with the wallet he's making improvements. The manager and his wife are great people and very patient with the occasional unruly customers. As long as you don't cross the line and are respectful of the laws and the property,he will go out of his way to accommodate the customers needs. The prices are very reasonable and the safety of the complex is 👍

The place is a roach pit. It smells awful and the room wasn't clean at all. I couldnt believe the amount of roaches running around. They were even on the floor walking around and in the curtain folds. I am not kidding, unless you want to rake home a bunch nasty roaches. Id stay the hell away.

Overall, you cannot beat this place. It's quiet, the owner and husband are very kind. If you are quiet, you fit. If you party and make a lot of noise? This police will escort you out. Been here over a month, it's cheaper. Good for "good people".

Just to rate this place you have to give at least one star. But they don't deserve it! Roaches are everywhere we were in bed sleeping and roaches were crawling on us in the bed. Went into the bathroom and like 15 roaches aweful unreal. We left after being there 3 hours and they would not give us a refund even after showing them video and pictures. Don't go to this place it's gone down hill and is horrible it's a freaking nightmare!!!

My husband and I are literally standing in the office right this second to ask about their weekly and monthly rates and have been here for over 15 minutes! I can see an older woman and a man in another room, and she has leaned forward 5 or 6 times now and has seen us standing here. I have called 3 times also. Yet there is no one coming to even greet us or say anything! This was the most ridiculous experience I have had to deal with! Absolutely horrible customer service!!!!!
