El Prado Group Campground - Big Sage

This place is great! Absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of hiking trails with some spectacular views some that overlook the desert (I know a desert view doesn't sound impressive, but believe me when I say, it is indescribable!) and a few more trails that lead to the two nearby lakes, Big Laguna Lake and Little Laguna. All trails are well maintained and relatively flat making them ideal for novice hikers and those with children. The bathroom facilities were the most pristine I have seen an any campgrounds. The camp host were friendly and helpful. Dogs are allowed both in the campground and the nearby trails, but must me kept on a leash at all times. There is potable water for drinking and washing dishes. There are also shower facilities that can be used for a small fee ($1 for 4 minutes) Fir

Loved this campsite. Beautiful views when there's water in the lake. Peaceful... When there isn't a loud weed Wacker running all day.

Nice campground, fairly quiet, and scenic trails for young and elderly.

It's so beautiful here. You can see trillion stars at night and gorgeous trails to hike and bike. The only thing I like to see improve is a modern bathroom with a flushing toilet. Otherwise it's perfect!
