Edwin K Boutique Inn and Condo at the Edwin K

Three lifelong gal pals recently stayed three nights at this lovely and well appointed boutique inn. The innkeepers greeted us on our arrival and then discreetly gave us space to enjoy our stay. We did not see them again until our departure for goodbyes. Sarah checked in with us only by text messaging to see if we needed anything restocked in our rooms which were upstairs. We enjoyed the downstairs parlor for our morning coffee and sometimes for evening Happy Hour. The rooms have the newest technology. One of three rooms has no TV which suited me just fine! Easy walking distance to Old Town and restaurants. Street parking is safe. If we return to Florence someday I know for sure where we will stay again!

We enjoyed a 2 night stay at the Edwin K in Sept, and could not have been happier with our choice. The house and room were super clean, modern amenities in a beautifully restored historic home, and a great location. It was easy to walk to downtown to enjoy the water front and the local restaurants/shops. Such a cute downtown. Hosts were very welcoming and super responsive. The room was nicely appointed and the snacks provided in the room were an added nice touch, as well as the quality bathroom products. Loved it! We would definitely stay here again! Lisa C

What a beautiful B&B! The place was exactly what we needed for a two night stay. The place was super clean and beautifully decorated. Plenty of coffee, tea, and special treats awaited us! The location was very walkable to downtown which was an added plus. Coming and going was very easy and the parking was right on the property. The water feature off the balcony was an added bonus. This apartment was outstanding. It was the cleanest, most immaculate rental we have ever stayed in. The interior was lovely. The owner, Sarah has a designer's eye and it showed throughout with exceptional quality of furniture, appliances, counters, etc. Every personal amenity was anticipated. Sarah's love for this apartment is evident. We had the opportunity to talk with Sarah several times during our stay and she is absolutely delightful. It was very important to her that we were comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was equipped with more tools & gadgets than most people have in their homes. The location is excellent and only a few minutes walk to the downtown restaurants. Staying here is nothing short of a pure delight.

We recently had a lovely stay at the Edwin K. We used to stay at this B & B very often when it was run by previous owners who we appreciated for their hospitality and excellent breakfast. Sarah and John have done an excellent job refreshing the property. They have maintained the essence of the original building, but the rooms have a more modern and luxurous feeling. Everything in the rooms is of high quality and new. The entire property is very clean and well maintained. Check in/ out procedure was very easy and quick. While they don’t serve breakfast anymore, a delightful “snack basket” is available along with wine and other beverages for later in the day. In room coffee equipment and suppliers as well as a microwave and utensils are conveniently located in a common area. Excelle
