Edison Beach House

This was not our 1st stay at Fort Meyers Beach, but our 1st stay @ Edison Beach House. We loved it. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful. Annie, especially was great!! You can tell she loves her job. The rooms were clean, and we loved having a kitchen and a washer/dryer. The view was amazing and the hotel is steps from the beach. It was nice to have the beach closet for chairs and umbrellas. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Positive: Location, most of all the two ladies that worked the front desk. Answered all of my questions. Guided me to some of the best places to eat.I was very impressed with the hotel on how clean everything was. I will be back. Negative: The onlt issue was that i had to check out one day early due to work. I had to fly back to Indy. Was hoping to get a one night refund to my card.

There were cockroaches in the room, I woke up in the middle of the night, turn the light on there they were, on the bathroom floor and living space. It freaked me out; I called the front office the next morning since the reception of the hotel closes at 7pm. The supervisor just brushed it off, she asked me if they were small or big cockroaches, that if they were the big ones, then it came from the palm tree, as if it mattered, no apology whatsoever. the only thing good about my stay was the receptionist, she was great

Stayed here a few different times years ago. The rooms USED to be nice and well cared for. We used to love this place. We don't mind old/ outdated furniture. However we do mind dirty. This place needs a good cleaning. It's pretty disgusting. Front desk was awesome. Pool area nice. For the price, sad to say I'd find somewhere else. You are welcome for the review. As are the owner are you aware of the dirty conditions? Please check out some of the rooms.

Beautiful views, spacious, and clean! I forgot to mention the staff, the staff (shout out to Annie❤️) is the best! We will book our third stay in two years soon :) Definitely a 5 out of 5 across the board.
