It’s good, just need towels, u think the workers would bring fresh towels daily, and this is PCB why would you close the pulls, it’s already members only so have a waver sheet to sign before getting in pool area, to much of a retirement vibe feel to it, like lights out best not walk to loud or breathe after 10p.m. It’s totally not a Florida vibe! That feel good, like it’s good to be alive vibe, good vibes, smiles, fun, Daytona beach I know for sure it’s good times no matter the hour as long as your not causing trouble yes Daytona has the Florida vibe we all look for on vacation

This is a large MOTEL, there are no hallways, no lobby and no real security. The inside of the units look nice but the place is very old and not been maintained. The bed rooms on ALL the units are on the road side and are incredibly loud from the traffic. The doors don't lock and people were kicking in doors in the middle of the night. The police were fast to respond but it was a sleepless night for my family. The pool area is not clean and the hot tub was half empty. We left early rather then stay in this dilapidated, unsafe motel. Real Joy is zero help and the worst company to deal with, they don't respond to anything.

My family and I booked a condo for our vacation at edge water expecting a relaxing vacation. Instead we were greeted with a huge disappointment at the condo we reserved. It was not clean whatsoever. The bed cover had mold, the laundry room door didn’t close properly, the balcony door was impossible to open/close, and the fans and fridge had dust everywhere and the shower was full of rust and filthy. It was not to our liking at all. The property was overcrowded, had multiple holes in ceilings of the walkways, was not well lit, and overrun with lingering cats. We couldn’t even sleep because we were awakened with 2 large moths flying around the bedroom. We stayed one night and couldn’t take it another second. We left and this ruined our daughter’s birthday trip.

Great views. The pool in front is not heated.

Renters beware we paid a $500 deposit via Venmo on 08/20/2021 for a stay in unit 1-1205 and were contacted by Sandy arp Newell on 01/25/2022 saying that they had decided to list the condo for sale and she wasn’t sure if or when the unit would sell. We will be traveling for a dance competition and couldn’t take the risk of not having a place to stay in the event of a sale taking place. Sandy offered a refund of our deposit and has stated multiple times she would mail a check and is refusing to return the money back via Venmo. After many messages back and forth her latest claim is the check was mailed on February 21st which was Presidents’ Day a federal holiday (no mail service) . Sandy has become hostile towards us claiming we are harassing her apparently asking for a refund in a timely man
