Edgewater Inn

I own my own business came down to Biloxi on a business trip with a couple of my employees. Isaiah arrived at Edgewater Inn in Biloxi Mississippi. I was greeted by Sam the desk clerk I was told there was no reservation. Then Sam told me that I needed to pay for our room again after I’ve done paid and that he would charge me less than the original room fee and the deposit and it would only be $80 for me to stay instead of the 110 I called hotels.com. Confirm the reservation at 11:45 at night after driving five hours was told to wait and that they was resending the reservationand and calling Sam to confirm it by phone|A lot longer until 1:30 in the morning, hotel.com get back on the phone with us to finally get a hold of Sam he refused the booking now for what reason was never said we don’t

Positive: It is within walking distance to the beach. Negative: Due the air conditioner not working in one room and faulty electricity in the second room (One of sleeps with a C-Pap) we were denied a refund but in a "suite." All three rooms were filthy. One had rusty shower and clothes curtains.

Roy is extremely nice and very friendly. I had an amazing stay at this hotel and truly can’t say enough good things about the service. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and comfortable. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and enjoyable. It’s clear that customer service is a top priority here, and it really made my stay special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a great overall experience. I will definitely be returning!

Checking in went well. The man checking us in was friendly, nice, professional. The room how ever was not sanitary. Toilet filthy, tub filthy, walls, counters, tables, floors all felt sticky and nasty. No where you touched felt clean. Toilet paper holders, (double holder) was broken, hair dryer hanging on wall busted up, shower curtain holder was severely rusted. Mold in all corners and you can see tge color difference. Blk mold. Carpet was either filthy or molded walking barefooted on it you cab feel the filth. Sometjing kept stinging my feet and my legs. I am highly sensitive to mold more than most due to mold poisoning couple years ago, Didn't realize my feeling illish was due to the exposure of mold throughout the room. Perfect location to casinos, the beach and family entertainment, great rates for what you get, we god a balcony room and it was very clean and nice. The only comolaint i have was the safe didnt work and thats not even really a complaint when you open carry everywhere. Overall great place, has the old rustic feel of the south and ill definitely be coming back again!
