We made a reservation with this inn and we were on our way, 2 hours into our drive when we get a very unprofessional email stating and I quote “this room is not available. Sorry.” That’s all the email said. We tried to call three different times and no answer. Also left voicemails and still no call back. Our plans were completely ruined and we had to turn around and drive the two hours back home. So upset and with a sour taste in our mouth. Will not be booking with them ever again.
Bill, the inn keeper, is one of the nicest, folksy, worldly guys you will meet. Tolerant. Sweet. Warm. Friendly. I highly recommend his inn and his company and conversation.
My friend and I paid a visit to Edge Hill in this summer, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend to anyone that wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
A quiet and pleasant environment. Owner is friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend as it is a beautiful place.
