*** EVIDENCE OF BED BUGS ! Any positive review of this place is obviously fake. There are stains everywhere, duct tape, holding drawers together. The toilet seat is chipped stains and patches on the bed. I was shocked they even charge money to stay at a place like. The management was very rude and refused to give me a copy of the contract.

Very very rude. Made up rules. No where on the website or booking process did it state you were allowed to have company. Our ride WAS NOT STAYING, WE HADNT even finished carrying our things inside, and they were knocking on our door saying our ride needed to leave immediately! RIGHT NOW! that there's no visitors that we only paid for 2. Then when we were brought the rest of our things they hovered and paced around the vehicle until we left. Super awkward def won't return.

Most of the reviews for this terrible motel are from 2013. I am disappointed I say that they are still not taking any negative reviews and trying to improve. I made reservations for the 3 bed room on Saturday afternoon on THEIR website and held the room with my credit card. I received an email Confirmation that the room would be available. I had 5 adults and 1 child in my group. When we arrived at 6 pm the lady behind the GLASS told me that she didn't know anything about online reservations and she would have to call her manager. The manager told the lady that the room had already been rented to someone else even though we had a confirmed reservation. I told her I had a email and she said that is not going to change anything that they were not going to be able to offer us any other rooms e

The bed is stiff and not very comfortable. The pillows are mismatched. One is super flat. The other one is lumpy. The carpet feels a bit old. The towels were very scratchy. The TV also had issues. Inconveniently had to have the attendant come in the room to attempt to fix it, but failed. Staff very rude and not personable. All in all the place is subpar. I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere unless you had to come here like we did.

Okay place if you want something cheap. Booked online while on the way to Ashtabula and tried to charge more once we got there. Tried to upsell us also when we were trying to check in. Definitely your budget hotel. Great location for quick drive to get to attractions and Lake Erie.
