Customer Reviews
Walked in without a reservation trying to find a pet friendly room for the night. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay if you have cats, it was only $30 for all 3 of ours -- other places nearby don't accept cats or wanted to charge us $150 extra. We received a clean, odor-free room. Hot shower, working tv, fridge, and microwave. Pretty good complimentary breakfast for how affordable this place is. Not the most modern or luxurious but was clean, safe, had good amenities and helpful service. Overall great quality for what you pay.
We had an unexpected car breakdown late at night and had to book a room for the night till our car was fixed. Cassandra was awesome! She was friendly and seemed genuinely concerned for us, suggesting a local towing company that came and helped us pretty quickly so it ended up being a good experience instead of a worse one. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and the eggs at breakfast were yummy, they even allowed us to check out late so we could wait for our car to be fixed and back on our way. Thanks for a good nights sleep and for caring!
Room was updated, clean and comfortable. Shower was good temp. Breakfast had biscuits and gravy and other options available. Front desk and cleaning staff were friendly. I would stay here again when in the area.
2 things I wanted in the Hotel I chose was a Hot Tub and Fitness Room. This had both so I chose it, as I got tired of searching. Upon arriving, I was told that the Hot Tub wasn't working. |I looked at the Fitness Room, and what a damn joke! All it had was one Treadmill and one Eliptical and a flimsy home weight bench with absolutely NO weights at all in the room. I ended up doing my own bodyweight workout in my room. (Their photo of it was nicely cropped to be misleading.)|Other things were that the TV didn't work so I went to call the Front Desk but the phone wasn't working either so I had to walk down there.|Front Desk Clerk said there's something going on with the room phones and they don't work. (Nice! Something else that doesn't work.)|The safety latch to the door also had a m
The staff was great. Bed was comfortable, clean room but: TV remote did not fit with the provider(spectrum). Therefor we could not watch what was listed in the guide. Local restaurant was good. Shower lacked pressure, the cord for the clock did not have adapter and breakfast was just Ok. Little to choose from. We have stayed in quite a few motels in Livingston and next time we will stay elsewhere at a higher cost. This place should not be a Choice Motel as it does not live up to the standards I would expect
