Excellent location by Walmart and Fast Food and Restaurant locations adjacent. Room clean and comfortable. Had to leave at 5am and the Gentleman was willing to roll out of bed and come get me in the lobby for coffee. Really nice family running the hospitality there.

I had booked a non smoking room for my stay. When I got to my room, the entire room smelled of mildew and cigarettes. There was also a "smell proof" car ash tray sitting under the TV that was clearly used. The entire room was infested with both dead flies and flies that were still alive. The walls and floors were extremely dirty and stained. To top it all off, the power cord to lighted bathroom mirror had multiple exposed wires that someone had tried to wrap duct tape around but it clearly didn't work. The outlet and power cable for the AC was also damaged and had exposed contacts. The mattress was also heavily stained and sunken in the middle, sleeping on the floor would have been more comfortable. There was also no breakfast like what was advertised. This place has been renovated and is SO nice! The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing. I was greeted with a smile from a very happy desk guy. He told me if there was any problem with the room to let him know and it would be taken care of. But there was absolutely nothing wrong. Plenty of truck parking. And places in walking distance to eat. I will definitely be back.

Room 117 needs work the door does not seal at the top allowing air to come in. The sink stopper doesn't come out for you to drain water no sink light water doesn't get hot heat gets warm but not hot like should. Code enforcement going around condemning houses but can't go check these hotels. You should be able to feel safe when visiting public places like these especially hotels because they're for relaxing and unwinding from the day either it be from work traveling. But you can't relax

This location is NOT a 4* hotel. Very run down. The office folks were very nice. I only stayed one night, but I tried to call the office when there was an issue with our door not closing properly and got to answer. When I went to the office nobody was there. We had to force the door to get it to lock at all. Also the couch was very stained and toilet paper holder rusted. There were several lights in the hall that were flashing all day&night that needs fixing, the toilet kept running all night. The “grab and go” breakfast was no where to be found at the designated time in the am, no coffee made, and nobody in the office. If I had needed to stay in town more than one nite I would have gone to a different hotel. Next time I will stay at a more reputable hotel chain instead!
