Econo Lodge Crystal Coast

Recently stayed there for over a week. The staff were all friendly and helpful, the place was clean and quiet. The manager was awesome! Will definitely stay there again!

Room was clean, quiet, and everything worked other than some of the lights. No bathtub, shower only, but well maintained. ||So why duct tape?||You'd think spending a few days away from home would require getting a good night's sleep. You'd think. Imagine then the pure genius it takes to build a high light tower, OPPOSITE the room and the parking lot, screaming down enough light to shoot a movie, DIRECTLY on the guest's window. Not a tower over your head lighting the parking lot, no, a tower ACROSS the parking lot, bearing straight down on you as if you're being interrogated. ||So close the curtain? IF ONLY. All you get is a panel with huge light "cracks" all around the perimeter. Close that all you want, it won't work. You WILL be illuminated, resistance is futile.||Never for one second

Becky the manager and all the other ladies at the front desk have been very welcoming and accommodating with us during our search for a new home. Rooms are very clean and well taken care of. Would recommend this hotel to any out of town family and friends coming to visit.

Overall it was a good stay. Customer service started out good checking in. I was here 3 days and each time I came in both attendance were on there phones. I would come in for coffee they didn't acknowledge i was there. Never was greeted as choice member. I asked for a handicap room due to knee injury and about to have surgery. I just needed downstairs. She tells me the room i had was pet friendly. I asked if she had a room that had no pets she she it would cost me extra. I took the room. After 690 miles of driving I was tired. The room didn't smell like a pet room. The room is pretty good, size king bed. Bathroom fairly good size would comdate a wheelchair. The bed was comfortable. Couldn't say anything about tv cause I didn't turn it on. It's probably a 40 in. Nice size. Shower was gre

Enjoyed my stay. Needed to book a room for business with short notice and they were able to get me a room. The staff were very informative with great customer service. I recommend and would stay here again.
