Econo Lodge Boaz

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband reserved a room based on pictures on their site, when he arrived they "tried" to charge him 100.00 and he declined, then upon entry to his room, the toilet did not work and the tile in the floor was all broken. The manager REFUSED to refund him his money! This hotel is a scam and fraudulent place, do NOT stay here!

Checked in around 9pm with no issues. There were a couple random people laying in the hall charging phones There are no elevators and was on second floor once entering room immediately noted that room had not been cleaned. The towels were in the floor, the bed was unmade. Had to carry all luggage back down stairs was issued a new room again upstairs. Once entering new room it was clean however the toilet had no handle and had to pick top up to flush. The shelf was broke and hanging off. The dresser drawers would not close. The dresser was very off balance. At this time my family was exhausted and we decided to just go to sleep. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Paid more on the deposit than the actual room. The first room was damp and the sheets weren't changed. We pulled the covers back and there were stains, crumbs and hair on the sheets. They moved us to a different room and the shower head was broken and had no pressure you would think it wouldbeone or the other but no. The dresser had no handles and the couch only had one back cushion. One fo the worst if not the worst hotel stays I've ever had. I only gave it a star because the beds were simi-comfortable.

Myself and my partner stayed at the econo large Boaz 9nights we were treated like royalty the rooms are very clean and the breakfast is great but above all the service from Julie and Wayne was impeccable they couldn't do enough for you, maidsville part of the family.. thank you so much Julie and Wayne and Rick, we can't wait to see you all in July for longest day. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Boaz, Mario and Wayne thank you once again

When I checked in on Saturday, september 20, 2025 Julie and Katie welcomed me and helped me get situated. I have problems walking so Julie helped me get a parking spot near the room 101. Katie was nice during the night when I was trying to adjust the air conditioner. The breakfast was good but one suggestion...put glasses and or cups near the container that holds the milk.
